

You’ll be participating in (5) private one-on-one sessions or small group sessions, focusing on proper body mechanics and the five foundations of functional training, the squat, overhead presses, deadlift, push jerk & split jerk, and clean. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize safety & proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too! These sessions are 45-minutes in length and are invaluable sessions as a certified coach leads you through warm up, teaching & strength portion, and a 10-15 minute workout at the end of each session.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our group classes, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a workout that you'll see in our classes to help you understand the verbiage, stimulus, and ramp you up. We guarantee you will get sweaty, you will have fun, and you'll learn A LOT.
Once you are competent in the movements we use in our daily functional fitness classes you may graduate to our regular group classes or hybrid program model and get the full Rare Breed experience!
