Kaleigh joined Rare Breed as an athlete and quickly fell in love with the community and mission behind what we’re building. Now, she serves as our Operations Manager, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.

She oversees day-to-day operations and administrative responsibilities, supports onboarding for new athletes, and helps clients get acclimated during their first few months in the gym. From backend systems to daily logistics, Kaleigh plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for both our team and our members.

Her focus is creating structure, clarity, and consistency so Rare Breed can continue to grow while staying grounded in the community that makes it special.
