About the Coach

Kaleigh's journey into personal training started where all great coaches begin — as an athlete herself. Training gave her a firsthand understanding of what it means to push your body, trust the process, and show up even when it's hard. That experience lit a fire in her to do more, and she stepped into personal training to do exactly that: be the support system she had when she first started.

Today, Kaleigh specializes in working with beginner athletes — from those returning to movement after a season off to those looking to learn how to lift weights and get into resistance training. She believes that lifting weights is one of the most empowering things an athlete can do, and she loves introducing clients to the barbell for the first time and watching them discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

She is currently taking 1-on-1 clients who want to feel more confident, get stronger, and have someone hold them accountable. Her schedule is flexible from early mornings to evenings.
