Craig has been a part of the CrossFit world for a long time — first as an athlete who fell in love with the sport, and eventually as a coach who wanted to share that experience with others. His background gives him a well-rounded perspective on what it feels like to be on both sides of the class, and that shows in how he coaches.
He leads our group strength and conditioning classes with a steady, encouraging presence. Craig is the kind of coach who pays attention — noticing when someone needs a small adjustment, a word of encouragement, or just a reminder that they're doing better than they think. He genuinely enjoys watching people improve, and that care comes through in every class he runs.
Outside of coaching, Craig is still an active athlete himself — consistently showing up, working on his own fitness, and staying connected to the process. That dedication to his own growth keeps him grounded and makes him a better coach for the people around him.
